Q. What is a formal submission?

The key difference between making a formal submission and joining the forum is that you are clearly identified and can not make a comment anonymously.  You may wish to make a formal submission on behalf of an organisation or as an individual.

It is also an opportunity to for you to make a more in-depth contribution to the discussion and to attach supporting documentation.
